That's why we are always here for you – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our control centre is staffed around the clock and combines video recording, voice communication, alarms and sensors. Using state-of-the-art technology, our specially trained employees make sure that customers in our car parks are safe, secure and comfortable. In addition, our mobile employees are ready to provide personal assistance for anything you might need.

The so-called grace period is a maximum of 15 minutes.
You can pay in cash, with your EC card and in some car parks with your credit card. Please refer to the respective location profile for information on payment options. It's even easier with the APAG Nupsi 2.0. The barriers open automatically, you never have to queue at the pay station and the parking fees are only debited from your account at the end of the month. Also for short-term parkers.
Nupsi 2.0 is contactless entry and exit technology from APAG. With the Nupsi 2.0 you can park cash-free in all of our car parks. Just drive in front of the barrier, it will open automatically. The parking fees will be debited from your account at the end of the month.

Damage caused in the multi-storey car park is not insured by APAG. However, you can report it to the police. On request, the police can be given the images from the surveillance cameras in the multi-storey car parks. Since the recordings are deleted promptly for data protection reasons, we ask you to contact our control center immediately after determining the damage via one of the intercoms in our multi-storey car parks by telephone at 0241 1688-5030. Please enter the car park, the level, the parking space number and the limited period. The recordings are then backed up accordingly and sent to the responsible police station at the request of the police. Access is not possible for private individuals.
No. As a short-term parker, you cannot reserve a parking space in our parking facilities.

Registration is not necessary. You can pay with your giro card. It is more convenient with the APAG Mobility-Key. APAG is a business partner in the ladenetz.de-Association.

For charging with your contactless Giro Card: Plug the charging cable into your vehicle and into the charging point. Hold your Giro Card up to the RFID reader and wait for confirmation. You can pay directly with your contactless Giro Card or, even more conveniently, with your APAG Mobility-Key at the end of the month by direct debit. Payment with your APAG Nupsi 2.0 is not possible. APAG is a business partner in the ladenetz.de-Association. Maps of the network can be used at the APAG charging points.
The charging point does not issue any printed receipts. All billing information is shown on the charging point display. If you load with the APAG Mobility-Key, you will receive your total bill in the APAG customer portal meine.apag.de at the end of the respective month. There you can see every loading and, depending on the contract, every parking process.
Charging and parking are two different operations, also technically. As a short-term parker, you pay the respective parking fees separately. As a long-term parker, you pay parking fees according to your contract.
The Mobility-Key is a small key fob with which you can use our car charging stations and our bike stations. Apply for your Mobility-Key easily and conveniently online or in our APAG ServiceCenter.

For 1,50 € you can use an APAG bike station for up to 24 hours. For 1,50 € you get 24 hours of parking for a bike from the moment you enter a bike station and start the parking process. If the bike remains in the bike station for more than 24 hours, a new 24 hour cycle begins and additional 1,50 € fees are due. You pay max. 15 € per month.
The secure bicycle parking spaces are accessible with the APAG Mobility-Key. The Mobility-Key is a small chip in the form of a key ring. The fees will be debited from your account on the 15th of the following month. You can get your Mobility-Key online or in the APAG ServiceCenter.
The bike stations are currently reserved exclusively for bicycles and e-bikes.
