The following general terms and conditions apply to the internet sale of parking tickets by Aachener Parkhaus GmbH, Neuköllner Straße 1, 52068 Aachen, for using a parking space at the open-air parking lot during various major events, in particular equestrian events.

Separate parking regulations for the conclusion of the agreement are available for downloading, in particular the rights and obligations within the scope of a parking agreement which is considered a rental agreement.

Contract conclusion

The customer orders the contract conclusion by selecting the respective service and by clicking the OK button. The purchaser will immediately receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of the order, i. e. s/he receives the offer.

The contract is concluded with the acceptance by APAG, where APAG provides the purchaser with the parking ticket in PDF format to print out.

At the same time, the ticket serves as receipt for the concluded contract and the price paid.

Please bring and present the ticket when you park. Only those persons who present the ticket as evidence will be allowed to use the parking space. Otherwise, an additional ticket will have to be purchased on site and the price for parking paid once more.

Contents of the contract

With the ticket, the purchaser is entitled to use a parking space on one of the parking lots managed by APAG at the time specified in the order. The parties have concluded a lease agreement. Neither surveillance nor safekeeping is the subject of the contract.

Pursuant to § 315 BGB (Civil Code), APAG will be responsible for allocating the parking spaces on site and on the day of the event according to the actual contingencies. There is no entitlement to a certain parking space.

Different conditions apply to so-called VIP tickets for which the purchaser has a right to a parking space at a specified, VIP-labelled parking area.

The purchaser is obligated to present the ticket upon arrival at the parking area and to display it visibly behind the wind shield while parked.

The ticket exclusively entitles the driver of the vehicle with the number plate specified on the ticket to drive on the parking lot. APAG is entitled to examine the above mentioned entitlement both upon arrival and upon departure.

Pursuant to § 312 b para. 3 no. 6 BGB, the provisions regarding distance selling are not applicable to contracts about the provision of services in the area of accommodation, provided the contractor agrees to provide the service at a certain time or within a certain period of time. Consequently, the purchaser has no right to withdraw from the contract. All orders are considered binding.

Data protection and data safety

All payment-relevant information transferred during the payment process is encrypted and treated confidential.

Prices and fees

The specified price for the parking ticket includes the legal sales tax.

Payment

Payment can be made via credit card or direct debit to the corresponding bank account.

Payment is due immediately upon the conclusion of the purchase agreement involving the ticket.

Liability

The lessor’s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent it is not absolutely liable for injury to life, body and health. The same is applicable to neglect of duties of its auxiliary persons and assistants.

The liability for culpable violation of key contractual obligations and contractually anticipated as well as foreseeable damages remains unaffected.

To the extent some parking spaces can not be used due to the weather conditions, APAG will provide replacement parking spaces with a corresponding shuttle service.

Final clause

To the extent individual clauses or parts hereof are invalid, the remaining clauses and the contract will remain unaffected hereof.

This contract is exclusively subject to German law.

Provided the purchaser is a dealer or a legal entity under public law, Aachen will be the legal venue.

  • The parking ticket is valid for a one-time entry and will be cancelled automatically after the first verification

Frequently asked questions

Why do I have to specify my e-mail?
We will send you an e-mail containing a booking confirmation and login data so that you can later view or print your purchased parking tickets under "My order".

Loss of parking tickets
Please access your parking ticket again by visiting "My order". The required login data along with the booking information had been sent to you via e-mail before.
Note: After exceeding the booked event date, your booking including all order data will be deleted after 18 months due to data protection. It is then no longer visible.

How can I pay?
You can choose to bill by credit card (VISA and MasterCard) or by SEPA direct debit (only for German bank accounts) as payment method.

How many parking tickets may I book?

How do I receive my parking tickets?
You can print out the parking tickets on your own after the booking completed. A shipment of purchased parking tickets is not designated.

Return of parking tickets
After a booking completed the return of parking tickets is not possible.
